Welcome to Ancient Nubia

"Welcome to the land of gold and majesty, where the Nile flows through ancient kingdoms and legends come to life. Join us on an epic journey through the heart of Nubia, where pharaohs and queens ruled with power and grace. In this interactive learning experience not only will you discover how the stories hidden in the sands of the Sahara of this once great rival to Ancient Egypt, but you will experience it’s roller coaster rise and fall in activities inspire by its history

Part 1: Building a Kingdom.

What does it take to lay the groundworks of a historic kingdom? Experience it through the eyes of the Nubians as they turn their region into the mighty city of Kerma.

Part 2: Nubia vs. Egypt

Learn about the rivalry that shaped ancient Africa with these two behemoths of a civilization. Then we split up into teams and pick leaders and battle through challenges to see who can unite Egypt and Nubia and wear the coveted crown of two snakes.

Part 3: Nubia vs. The World

Learn about how the nubians lost its grip on the land of Egypt but continued to Reign Nubia for centuries in Meroe. Led by powerful female leaders called Kandakes. Nubia had to defend it’s land and resources against some of the most formidable empires in Ancient history, including Assyrians, Persians and the mighty Romans. Can you lead your civilization to greatness.
